1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 66zz6 website accessible at 66zz6.ws, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and account services.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "66zz6", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the 66zz6 Platform and all associated services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the Platform, represented by the ৳ symbol.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 66zz6 Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current version.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting 66zz6 support at [email protected].

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the 66zz6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 66zz6 Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, cooling-off period, or account restriction on the 66zz6 Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating your Account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout the life of your Account.

66zz6 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of the Platform, each Player must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate personal details including a valid mobile number, date of birth, and a unique password. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time.

4.2 One Account Policy

The creation of more than one Account per person — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 66zz6 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets, and permanently forfeit all balances including real-money funds and Bonus Funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 66zz6 will not be liable for any losses, unauthorised transactions, or other consequences arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 66zz6 support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 66zz6 support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

66zz6 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at 66zz6's discretion.

Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to, a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account) may also be required to verify the ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

66zz6 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where KYC documentation is incomplete, inconsistent, or suspected to be fraudulent. In such cases, the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted on the 66zz6 Platform for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 66zz6 does not charge processing fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount on 66zz6 is ৳200. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the 66zz6 Account holder. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may be refused or reversed. Deposits are typically credited to the 66zz6 Account Balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless the Account holder has no prior deposit history with that method. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification as described in Section 5. 66zz6 processes approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within approximately three minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times for Rocket and Upay may be longer depending on the provider.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Single withdrawal transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal information page. 66zz6 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawal requests. Withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at 66zz6's discretion with reasonable notice.

6.5 Third-Party Payments

66zz6 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment account not registered in the same name as the 66zz6 Account holder may be reversed at 66zz6's discretion. Repeated violations may result in Account suspension.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional incentives offered on the 66zz6 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Real-money Balance is used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

66zz6 monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedging bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, 66zz6 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

7.4 Promotional Eligibility

66zz6 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers may be targeted to specific player segments, geographies, or account histories. The publication of a promotional offer does not constitute a guarantee of eligibility for any individual player. Players must satisfy all stated conditions at the time of opt-in to be eligible for a promotion.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the 66zz6 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, market, or event as published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet or commencing a game session.

8.2 Void Bets

66zz6 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, on a market affected by a technical error, at odds that were manifestly incorrect, or where there is evidence that the outcome of the event was known to the Player at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

8.3 In-Play Betting

Bets placed on live in-play markets, including cricket, are accepted subject to real-time odds that may change at any time. Bets accepted by the Platform at a confirmed odds figure will be honoured at that figure unless the bet falls within a void condition as described in Section 8.2. Connection issues, delays, or network interruptions experienced by the Player do not constitute grounds for voiding an accepted bet.

8.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure affecting a game or betting market, 66zz6 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes to Players. 66zz6 will not be liable for any consequential loss resulting from technical errors beyond the return of the original stake amount.

8.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet or game round are displayed within each game or market interface. 66zz6 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

9. Responsible Gaming

66zz6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions. Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion, deposit limit, and cooling-off tools available within the Account dashboard, or to contact the 66zz6 support team directly at [email protected].

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66zz6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including placing bets or playing games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime or any funds of illegal origin.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having received the benefit of a deposit credit.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 66zz6 staff or other players in any communication channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66zz6 Platform — including but not limited to the 66zz6 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 66zz6 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of 66zz6. Unauthorised use of 66zz6 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66zz6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

66zz6's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

66zz6 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

13. Privacy & Data

66zz6 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 66zz6 Privacy Policy. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and platform improvement. 66zz6 does not sell personal data to third parties.

14. Amendments to These Terms

66zz6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 66zz6 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform upon login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

15. Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 66zz6 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of 66zz6 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
